Clinical Pharmacist
Summary
Hôpital Montfort is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join their team. The role involves providing clinical pharmacy services under the supervision of the Pharmacy Clinical Manager. Key responsibilities include validating prescriptions, preparing sterile solutions and extemporaneous products, contributing to pharmacotherapy policies, organizing training sessions, maintaining workload statistics, and participating in administrative tasks, departmental meetings, and interprofessional care planning. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor of Pharmacy or Pharm.D. (or a hospital pharmacy residency/Master's), possess a valid license from the Ontario College of Pharmacists, hold a valid CPR/BLS certification, have at least one year of hospital pharmacy experience (or a Master's in hospital pharmacy), and be proficient in both French and English. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, adaptability, and clinical leadership skills are also essential.
