Summary
GrandBridge Corporation is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from accomplished, strategic, and community-minded leaders to join its Boards of Directors. The organization is looking for individuals who can help shape its continued growth and long-term direction in a rapidly changing energy and infrastructure landscape. Directors will provide stewardship and oversight, contributing strategic insight and independent judgment on matters such as enterprise strategy, financial performance, corporate governance, technology, sustainability, and community interests. GrandBridge values a Board with complementary skills and is particularly interested in candidates with senior leadership or governance experience in areas like Energy, Utilities & Infrastructure; Finance, Investment & M&A; Strategy, Growth & Transformation; Technology, Digital & Cybersecurity; Governance, Risk & Regulatory; and People, Culture & Executive Leadership. While previous corporate board experience is an asset, it is not required if candidates bring significant executive, sector, or governance expertise. Directors are appointed for a three-year term and are expected to actively participate in quarterly board and committee meetings, strategic planning, and ongoing education. Compensation is provided in accordance with the organization's framework, and candidates must meet eligibility, independence, and conflict-of-interest requirements. GrandBridge is committed to an inclusive recruitment process and welcomes EOIs from qualified candidates who will broaden the Board's collective capabilities.
