Environmental Services Worker

Summary

Guelph General Hospital is seeking a Casual Environmental Services Worker to join their team. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the hospital facility by performing various housekeeping duties. Responsibilities include cleaning patient rooms and non-patient care areas, floor care, waste removal, and linen delivery in accordance with PIDAC standards. The position also involves managing the Lost and Found, storage areas, and room set-ups. Successful candidates will have basic computer skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and meet high quality standards. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for extended periods, lift, stoop, bend, push, and climb.
