Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Summary

Milton Hydro is seeking a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join their Finance leadership team. This role is responsible for leading enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes for both regulated and unregulated businesses. The Manager will act as a key financial partner to business leaders, providing them with timely and actionable financial information to support decision-making. Key responsibilities include leading annual budgets and periodic forecasts, developing integrated financial statements, managing OM&A expenditures, and supporting strategic initiatives and financial modeling. The position requires strong financial acumen, advanced modeling and analytical skills, effective business partnering, and excellent communication abilities. Candidates should have a university degree in a related field, approximately 5+ years of progressive finance experience including significant FP&A experience, and 3-5 years of leadership experience. A CPA designation is strongly preferred. Experience in the Ontario electricity sector and with OEB regulations is considered an asset.
