Senior Enterprise Business Systems Analyst

Summary

The Town of Milton is seeking a Senior Enterprise Business Systems Analyst to provide technical leadership for enterprise applications supporting Fire Services and Recreation/point-of-sale operations. This role involves overseeing application administration, databases, interfaces, and reporting solutions to ensure security, performance, and operational continuity. The analyst will lead the design, implementation, integration, and enhancement of application solutions, manage projects throughout the application lifecycle, and resolve complex issues. The position requires a post-secondary diploma in Computer Science or a related field, with a minimum of five years of experience administering complex enterprise applications and Oracle/SQL Server databases. Experience with fire services and recreation/point-of-sale applications, including dispatch, records management, online registration, and payment solutions, is essential. Certificates in enterprise application, database, or systems management are also required.
