Energy Program Specialist

Summary

Festival Hydro is seeking an Energy Program Specialist to support the delivery of electricity demand-side management (eDSM) initiatives and conservation programs. This role involves combining technical energy analysis, program administration, and customer engagement to identify energy-efficiency opportunities. The specialist will review electricity usage data, conduct site assessments, guide customers through incentives, and track program performance. Key responsibilities include customer outreach, analyzing energy-consuming systems, performing savings calculations, coordinating reporting, and supporting eDSM plan development. The position requires a diploma or degree in a related technical field, experience in energy efficiency or related areas, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. A valid driver's license and ability to travel are also necessary.
