Summary
Oxford County is seeking a Supervisor of Information Technology (IT) Support Services to oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT Support Services Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT support service operations, ensuring timely resolutions for support requests, and providing advanced support for all required sites as part of the Information Technology team. Applicants must have post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with demonstrated experience leading a team and providing front-line customer service. Key qualifications include senior-level experience with Microsoft desktop operating systems and productivity suites, proficiency in supporting Microsoft 365 environments, and a working knowledge of networking technologies. A valid Ontario driver's license is required. Asset qualifications include experience with Macintosh computers, administration of Microsoft-based servers, budget development experience, and ITIL certification.
