Student Engagement and Professional Development Advisor
Summary
The University of Guelph is seeking a Student Engagement and Professional Development Advisor to support business students in their career development, leadership growth, and professional success. This role involves advising student organizations, building relationships with employers and alumni for experiential learning and networking opportunities, and designing and delivering professional development programming. The Advisor will also provide one-on-one career advising, assist students with job search materials, and support the Lang Case Competition and mentorship programs. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with a preference for 3 years of experience in early talent recruitment, learning and development, or career development.
